WhatsApp is rolling out yet another update to the beta app for the Windows Phone and Windows 10 Mobile. The latest update bring couple of notable new feature and some performance improvement to the app.
The update has pushed the app to the version 2.17.218.0. Latest update now allow users to select multiple chats/group at once and pin/unpin them, mute/unmute them or archive them at once. The last update do had these features but those are hidden.
But with version 2.17.218.0 company finally enabled these features by default. In addition company has also added a new “Learn more” button to the Recall Message dialogue. This option provides detail information of the FAQ for the Recall feature. However this feature is yet to enable. Soon company will enable this feature. Along with that the update also bring bug fixes and other improvements.
Billion user WhatsApp still don’t have plan to bring Universal Windows Platform. And as far as I recall, company made web app for the WhatsApp (WhatsApp Web), it will be available for the Windows 10 users via Windows Store.
