Step 1. Install the program and connect your Samsung to PC

Firstly, install Samsung Data Recovery to your computer. Then you can connect your Samsung J1/J2/J3/J5/J7 to computer with USB cable. If your phone can not detected by the program, please allow the USB debugging on your phone first and try again.

Step 2. Select file types to scan
