WhatsApp, the popular mobile messenger service, has released a new update for Windows Phone 8 users which brings in major changes including new features, tiles support and notifications. The current version is 2.9.3.0 and updated on February 23rd. You can now backup your WhatsApp messages with this new update. This feature has been there on Android and iOS for long time and now its come to WP8 as well.
Apart from this, the attach media screen has got a new UI with more options.
