Part I: Backup Viber Chats on iPhone/iPad to Your Computer
Step 1: Connect your device to the computer
First of all, select “iOS Viber Backup & Restore” and then you are required to connect your iPhone/iPad to the computer. You will then see the screenshot as mentioned below, once your device is recognized by the computer.
After the first steps gets over, you are required to click on the “Backup” button, and after that the program will automatically start working. You will then only need to keep the device connected all the time during the whole process.

Step 1: View your backup files
In order to check the content of backup files, then you can simply click on the “To view the previous backup file >>” on the first screen.
Step 2: Extract your backup file
Below you will have a look at all backup files of your Viber chats and then you will be required to choose one you wish to check and click on the “View” button.
Step 3: Restore or export your Viber chats
When the scanning process stops, then you can preview all contents in the backup file, which may also include Viber attachments and text chats. You can also check any item you want and then click “Export to PC” or “Restore to Device” .
