Online Subscriptions
An online subscription includes access to all of our website content, including our e-edition, which is an exact replica of the newspaper in a digital format. The e-edition provides 30 days of previous editions while our archives provide editions back to 1992.Our e-edition also has an app available for your iPad, Android and Kindle Fire tablets (downloads available in the Apple App Store or Google Play). Once a subscription is purchased, the user name and password you create at that time will grant access to all of these formats.
Need to create a new account and purchase an online subscription?
- Click on the “Manage My Subscription” link under “Subscribe” in the left menu.
- Then click on the “Subscribe Now” button on the right side of the page or the “New Subscription” button found at the top or bottom of the page.
- Once you have filled out the form, click “continue”.
- You will be sent an email with a link for verifying your email account.
- Select the appropriate online subscription package and complete the remaining steps.
- As a note: We accept Mastercard, Visa, and Discover.
Need to activate your FREE online subscription as a 7-day print subscriber?
- Click on the “Manage My Subscription” link under Subscribe in the left menu and login using your existing email/phone number and password.
- Click on the “Register” link to create a new online account.
- Select the appropriate online subscription package and complete the remaining steps.

Refund Policy
Eau Claire Press Company Refund Policy
The Eau Claire Press Company will refund any unused balance on a subscriber’s account for any reason. An unused balance is described as payment for a newspaper expected to be delivered for a future date. We will not refund for past service issues or delivery dates that are in the past. These will be resolved with a credit issued to the account.
