Run application on target computer.
You will be asked to accept the License Agreement. Accept it and press the button “Continue”.
Please select “Step 2: restore Skype history from the file” option and press button “Next”
Select your Skype account (if you logged into Skype using different accounts you will see all of them in the drop-down list), specify path to backup file. Also please check you agree that current history will be overwritten by history from backup file and click “Restore”
If you haven’t registered application, Transfer Skype History will ask you to do that.
If Skype program is running Transfer Skype History will ask to close Skype application. Please do it manually or click “Try to close automatically”
Finally you will see that history restored successfully
