Symptoms
After re-instalation or upgrade of Parallels RAS
Console, Port mismatch 443 error appear.

Cause
Port 443 is in use by another process.
Resolution
To check what application uses port 443 start CMD with administrative privileges then run:
Check which process is listening to port 443.

You need to find out what blocks this port.
Examples of the most common processes that are using port 443:**

svhost.exe (Port 443 used by IIS)

Open Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager.
- Select the Web site
- In the Action pane, click Bindings.
- Click https > Edit
- Change port number.
- Press OK
- In Parallels RAS Console > Gateway > Properties > SSL/TLS change port number.
- Press OK, then press Apply
- In Parallels RAS Console > Gateway > Properties > SSL/TLS change port number to 443.
- Press OK, then press Apply
- In IIS bindings change port number to 443

Skype.exe
- In Skype, from the menu bar, click Tools > Options.
- Under Advanced, click Connection.
- Untick Use port 80 and 443 as alternatives for incoming connections option.
- In Parallels RAS Console > Gateway > Properties > SSL/TLS change port number.
- Press OK, then press Apply
- In Parallels RAS Console > Gateway > Properties > SSL/TLS change port number to 443.
- Press OK, then press Apply
