1- First Uninstall old Skype version.
i- Open control panel ii- Right-click Skype in the list that appears and select Remove or Uninstall.
2- Delete Skype Application folder
i- On your keyboard, press the Window + R button to open RUN dialog. ii- Type appwiz.cpl and click OK iii- Delete the Skype application folder:
iv- On your keyboard, press the Windows and R keys to open the Run dialog. v- Type %appdata% and click OK.
vi- Delete the Skype folder.
2- Download Latest skype version from official Skype website.
