Applications like Outlook and Skype for Business use a profile picture that can be seen by other Georgia Tech users in those applications. You can change your picture from the web interface, from Outlook, or from Skype for Business. (Please note:
Your email account must reside on Office 365 to edit your picture. If you are still on Zimbra/MyGaTech, you will not be able to change your picture.)
Change your picture in the web interface
Go to Outlook Web Access (webmail) at http://mail.gatech.edu. Log in with your GT Account and password.
Click on the user picture in the upper right-hand corner and then click the Change link under the second copy of the user picture.

In the window that opens, click the Browse… button.

Browse to your picture, click on it, and click Open.

Once the file finishes uploading, click save.

Change your picture in Outlook 2013
In Outlook 2013, click the File tab.

Click the
Change link under the user picture.

In the window that opens, click the Browse… button.

Browse to your picture, click on it, and click Open.

Once the file finishes uploading, click save.

Change your picture in Outlook 2016
In Outlook 2016, click the File tab.

Click the Change link under the user picture.

In the window that opens, click the Browse… button.

Browse to your picture, click on it, and click Open.

Once the file finishes uploading, click save.

Change your picture from Skype for Business
In the Skype for Business client, click the user picture that is next to your name and availability.

When the Skype for Business – Options window opens, click on the Edit or Remove Picture button.

In the window that opens, click the Browse… button.

Browse to your picture, click on it, and click Open.

Once the file finishes uploading, click save.
