OWA
- Login to Skype
- Click the Plus sign

- Type the user’s name into the search box and hit enter

- Click on the user to add them to the chat
- If you want to add additional users simply repeat the process
- Note: This will add all of the users to a single chat
- Once you’ve added all of the users you would like, click the checkmark at the bottom of the list
- Type your message and hit enter to send it
Mac
- Login to Skype
- Click Contacts on the left
- Type the user’s name into the search box and hit enter

- Click on the contact information to pull up the contact card
- Use the various symbols to chat, video conference, call or email the contact
