Find Another User in Skype (O365)

OWA

  1. Login to Skype
  2. Click the Plus sign

  1. Type the user’s name into the search box and hit enter

  1. Click on the user to add them to the chat
  2. If you want to add additional users simply repeat the process
    • Note: This will add all of the users to a single chat
  3. Once you’ve added all of the users you would like, click the checkmark at the bottom of the list

  1. Type your message and hit enter to send it

Mac

  1. Login to Skype
  2. Click Contacts on the left

  1. Type the user’s name into the search box and hit enter

  1. Click on the contact information to pull up the contact card
  2. Use the various symbols to chat, video conference, call or email the contact
